I was born in 1950 in a small town in Sweden called Karlstad and after 32 years in Sweden I moved to Japan in July 1982 meaning I have been in Japan for more than 21 years now. What brought me to Japan once upon a time was my wife (who is Japanese), the food and the people. It is also these things that keep me in Japan. A short summary of my career would look like the following:

• 1979: Master of Science at Institute of Technology, Lund University, Lund

• 1982: Moved to Japan to join Fujitsu Limited, Tokyo, as System Engineer

• 1988: Commercial Attaché at Commercial Office of Embassy of Sweden, Tokyo

• 1994: President, Norden Pac KK, Tokyo

• 1998: Commercial Counselor at Commercial Office, Embassy of Sweden, Tokyo

• 2001: President, Mansson KK, Kobe

• 2005: Industrial Councelor at Invest in Sweden Agency, Embassy of Sweden, Tokyo

私は1950年スウェーデンの小さな町のカールスタットに生まれ32歳の時、1982年7月に日本にやってきました。したがって今、日本に来てから21年以上になります。その昔、私を日本に導いたのは私の家内（日本人）、日本の食べ物、及び日本の人々でした。これらのものがずっと私を日本伊とどまらせているのです。私の経歴をまとめると下記の通りです。

• 1979: ルンド大学工学部科学修士

• 1982: 来日後、富士通株式会社にシステムエンジニアとして就職

• 1988: 東京のスウェーデン大使館商務部にて商務官に着任

• 1994: 東京のノルデンパック株式会社社長に就任

• 1998: 東京のスウェーデン大使館商務部にて商務領事に着任

• 2001: 神戸にてマンソン株式会社社長に就任

• 2005: Industrial Councelor at Invest in Sweden Agency, Embassy of Sweden, Tokyo
